TYRE HANDLERS
Tyre handlers are designed to improve efficiency and safety when handling large, heavy tires, especially off-the-road (OTR) tires used in mining, earth-moving, and other heavy industries.

The Saur Tyre Handler Tire Manipulator attachment installs and rotates the massive tires on mining and construction equipment. It’s available in loader or forklift-truck mounted options, accommodates tires of to 16000 kg, and includes lateral shifting, optional quick-coupler attachments, as well as tire and rim assembly capabilities. It also features 100° or 360° body rotation, giving the operator flexibility and control from the security of its integrated control console.

Tire clamps provide efficient, safe, and damage-free han– dling, stacking, tilting, and 360 ° rotation of tires. They are widely used in tire manufacturing and large mining truck tire replacement.

Types:
-
Tyre Handler Attachments: These are attachments that can be mounted on existing equipment like forklifts, telehandlers, or wheel loaders.
-
Dedicated Tyre Handling Machines: Some manufacturers offer specialized machines designed specifically for tyre handling.
Function:
